Yes agreed. I'll start believing the excess supply story when the stockpiles start rising. Depleting at 30-40k tonnes per month means the market can absorb all the new supply in the article, not to mention growth in demand during the next 12 months, and every 12 months thereafter. Despite what the article says Glencore are big enough to manipulate the price, and I think prhb is pretty close to the money.
