Interesting, somewhat contrarian read, thanks for posting.
I find Glencore's position on "reluctance" to ramp up supply quite similar to OPECs behaviour with the price of oil, in the past 40 or so years - they squeeze supply to bundle up the spot price, and keep a hold on it. Mind you OPEC's day is done, for the moment, with the US fraccers all set to squeeze back on oil. $50 looks like it to me.
Is that the same deal for ZN, and the POZ ? Whilst I think that the LME stockpile reduction is just noise, I'm not seeing any new supply being brought online - @ the forum, do you guys/gals know of anything in the works - of significance - from the supply side ?
IBG looks like a world beater, from a project $$$$ perspective, but it still ain't really reflected in the share price. Or maybe it is, and I just don't get it. One on the forum stated that the last time the POZ was > $3000, IBG was 85c !!!!! Sobering stuff indeed.
