    With 300 km of line and 11 bridges damaged. Do you really believe repairs sufficient to open the line will be complete in 6 weeks.  
    There is a pretty big amount of paperwork to to for someone to give the all clear. Oh and reall work.  My sceptical reasoning comes when from afar I watch how slow civil works seem to be under dry conditions.
