Yep its all about Zinc concentrates and physical stocks of the actual metal, you cant galvanise your steel with paper fiat currency notes and you can't run futures contracts through your zinc smelter.

Lisheen and Century are closed, stockpiles are depleting (and/or fictional in some cases), concentrate charges are decreasing, Glencore is still holding off on new concentrate supply so the music is playing - just need to find out who doesn't have a chair when the music stops.
