Kipushi underground is advanced as it already was a producing mine. Stage one without trying is as big as century was and the owners ambition will make it easily the largest zinc mine. Zinc market will react well before that but agree delays are possible.
For RVR and the short term it comes down to how the major players react and how high the zinc price is pushed before the reaction.
