No idea, look like a single individual or one particular institutional. He did not put on sell order, but dump it on open market. Not many holders are following his footstep. This week, the volume is diminishing & insignificant compared to last week. Stochastic & MA are about to cross up too. I really want it to see closing around 0.046-0.048 this week to form a star. So please don't go up yet.
