    OV, Still waiting for finalisation of mou and issue of 580m 5c escrow shares to Mr Tong

    Management had previously stated that the MOU would be finalised prior to 30th June 2015

    Still waiting on those advanced discussions pertaining to capital raising required to fund operations and future activities

    IMO, look like a few sellers have lost patience with all the missed deadlines and continuous delays as tin production was imminent to commence in 2012
