Firstly there was no Tin production for 2012. The DFS and the market price (in A$ terms is relevant) will determine the likely more immediate direction of that particular project.
It's not the fault of CSD that the Dept of Mines and the Office of State Revenue do things by their own agenda.
You should read more about the Einasleigh resource. Its vast and is a target for Wanguo - all in the public domain as well.
Greek and China issues don't exactly help the immediate and that's a general problem for the market as a whole
