Of all the Industrial Metals, Zinc is the only metal with significant mine supply closures
over the next 1-4 years. So, not only does the Asian construction industry face
increasing demand for zinc but also a shortfall in supply. Over 15% of world supply of
zinc is closing due to the exhaustion of reserves.
