That being said, even if SBR fill in these so called gaps what is the chance of positive follow-through?

Will a serious investor come along for the ride/ capital investment into the project given the current share registry fixture?

Unfortunately given everything that we know I have my doubts, of course would love to be proven wrong - yet we all know there is only one individual that can adopt the shareholder desired outcome.

The project is great but in my opinion there is a finite amount of time that it becomes viable; if you wait too long all the serious investors (and not the types scalping for fees) move on to feasable projects with above all sound mgt. - time is ticking all.
