I think it is as simple as people seeing how long the ML issue has been around and being cautious of getting in before it is resolved. I think that is fantastic because once we get the license the doubt will be gone and then we just sit back and let people fight to get a decent parcel size. I think that will result in lots of games being played as larger mobs try and scare people into selling so they can get a larger parcel, so the SP might spike on the announcement and then drop back a bit for a while before the ultimate re-rate. I won't be falling for the games.
