yes to the synergies but i don't think the register plays a significant part.
Look how much its changed since the bid.
To expand on synergies MM ,imo, believes that ZFX can expand mining ,drilling & developements faster( ie cash) than AGM management will ever be able to do in the forseeable future. ( In the context of the current environment which may last up to two years(credit markets)).
