Andrewe, I don't know where you got that from. I have never heard of it before.

If they would offer scrip for scrip, I would be happy, simply because:

1) I would feel that I am still part of AGM's project, and

2) I would not have to worry about the Capital Gains Tax implication, if it applied.

But to each his own.
