    Hi tastarga,

    For once, I agree with you. I read both the Institutional offering (400 pages) and the Prospectus (100 pages). Neither gave me the comfort that I was looking for, so whilst I had a reserved offering, I have since passed on the opportunity.

    Easier to buy Ziniflex once it hits the market (down).
