    ZFX has majority control of AGM with 51.1% of AGM as of this morning ASX announcement with other big swag of accetpances coming thru.

    She's all over now...There will be no other bid/no white knight.

    Q: Now with ZFX having 51.1% of AGM, must the all the directors now sell and inform the market?
