Yes what you are hoping for is a possible scenario and you can't be hurt by waiting - unless there were better opportunities to put the cash into. The key is of course the intentions of Jinchuan. I still think the most likely scenario is that J gets assurance from Zfx re offtakes and decide that's good enough to allow them to regain their capital. If that's the case then the compulsory acquisition is inevitable.
