It is a curious question buddy. I would imagine that the shorters are long closed out now. Perhaps people are buying under the premise that ZFX might not get 90% and will either close the bid and pay up on market to get the balance to compulsory.

Alternatively if they reach threshold to consolidate revenue they might not be fussed about the balance and leave it like the PMM situation where thin depth has led to big gains.
