Eugeney, my understanding is that ASIC would not be a happy camper if they find out that ZFX, through one of their subsidiaries is buying AGM's shares at $1.105 for the purpose of giving them back to ZFX as some stage of the game.
I can stand correcting if I am wrong but, at this point in time, I don't think I am.
And on another note, Macquarie are still holding (although selling 2mill of them at $1.11), and Junchian are still holding as well. SO ?????
I think we are going to get some fun here. At least, untill Junchian will decide to sell, my friend.
And, we also have to think that Junchian was very, very happy with THR, and THR has still some holdings left and a fair bit of money available.
Who knows, maybe Junchian will choose to reinstall THR on the board as it's representative.
Yes, I know, they are only speculations but why are we investing on the share market, my friend. All our decisions are based on speculations, aren't they???
