By my calculations (rough) Maquarie Group still own about 37.9 million shares in AGM which puts them just under the mandatory substantial holders limit of 5%, interestingly they sold the last 2 million for $1.11. I also find it interesting that the article about Jinchuan selling out was released on April Fools Day? with no further updates.
