Scanman, I know you asked Buddy for a reply, but I can't help myself. I emailed Allegiance this week, asking for an update on production from Avebury. They indicated that they were commissioning the plant and planned first ore shipment around June.
The board of AGM need to do what is right for all shareholders. They would be negligent in delaying production unless there was safety or environmental issue. Until ZFX get compulsory aquisition, there is little they can do. They may be able to share resouces with Rosebury (e.g mtce people and backup vehicles & equipment, and accounting staff etc), but it would need to be conducted on a commercial arrangement. Other than that it needs to be run as a publically listed company.
