    Good question Muzza,
    The directors said they would accept (without mentioning any condition) and they advised shareholders to accept "promptly" so it would be reasonable to expect ditrectors to act "promptly" and to advise the market. If not, shouldn't everyone be waiting till the last minute rather than acting "promptly" ?
