Those customer numbers are incorrect. As at 30 November 2020, Zip had 5.3m customer accounts and Afterpay had ~12.5m active customers. There are a number of reasons for the disparity in market capitalisation between Zip and Afterpay IMO, but I will keep those to myself for fear of offending the Zip faithful.
