For the sake of discussion, let's speculate on a takeover: If you were an institution with very deep pockets and aimed to acquire as much of ZIP as possible within 4 weeks or less, what strategy would you employ? You wouldn't simply buy every share as it hits the market; otherwise, the price could skyrocket to $2 in a single day. Buy and Sell between entities you control? What would you do to get as much as you can, but not cause a spike?
