They've sold $20M worth of shares between the 2 of them in the past. Pay a little tax on that, plus get $1.4M & 800K and no need to worry about your shares going up. You get more freebie shares for <$1 than you do at >$2.
They live cushy well-paid lives and have already banked enough to look and be rich with their other rich mates. In the meantime collect as many freebies as low as possible before turning on the taps to $2+ with a Nasdaq announcement or doing what Charlie from Sezzle did and show some confidence
