No, it was a debt consolidation. Refinanced a $90 mil corporate debt facility with a hotch potch of other stuff including the fee to take out the CNs so they could be converted for SHAREHILDERS to carry the can. And shareholders will be doing it again. If you think that is acceptable you have a low bar to step over IMO
