That's the volume shelf... so most amount of volume went through around that level. Traded pretty much in the low 40s for 2 months, so makes sense there was a fair bit of churn there. When that broke last year I quickly headed for the exit on my trading parcels.... as it has been such strong support. But that line will change dynamically depending on where you have zoomed in on the chart.
