not financial advice - big opportunity in the fact lending policy almost as loose as 2006 and 2007 just saying if rates creep up 1% or 2% there are gonna be some people in trouble - wont be for a while but everyone locked into fixed rates that will roll off essentially when the RBA is tipped to increase rates sounds a lot like america with their honey moon intro rates roll off higher - just saying but there are people out there with home loans 11 times their income. DYOR 2023-2024 is 2008 all over again ???? lets wait and see. i know nothing very smooth cerebral cortex.
