I have a theory that Larry, by lending his shares, knew of the detriment this would have on the share price.
Why? Remember that these people plan ahead.
He doesn’t care about short term decline as he is a long term holder for the jack pot. ??? Is it that he is naive and loaned them thinking there’s no effect on SP.
The global Zip package is coming together,
price is held down until last minute when a large investor loads up , loaned shares are returned and listing is declared after two superb quarterlies. My estimate of another ATH in coming two quarters.
Of course many variables may play out and the above scenario is an optimistic view given some pieces of the puzzle.
