GF advocated having staff being replaced by AI. They will be partially - when ZIP slows its BNPL it will rely on revolving lines of credit which are set and forget once established, and they can definitely use AI for collections (mad if they don't). Listen to GF, he is your innovator, they weren't going to get any more capital for BNPL, they ran out of room and they have been saved by Ms Scott bringing in her contacts and experience to give BNPL the big A and get capital for customer revolving credit lines instead. Before they got strangled by regulation, rising costs of capital and shrinking retails markets.
