Why do you think ZIP cannot raise money? It just did - $25 mil overnight without informing the market. Why do you think Apple wants to get into BNPL? They definitely have an interest in duplicating banking services such as payments transfers, but I strongly doubt they have any appetite for BNPL except as a means to an end such as selling it's own products. Nobody has ever made any money from BNPL and there is no prospect of ever doing so, and Apple knows it.
