I'm using wash notices and keeping track of shares issued to family and friends. APT has significantly less shares issued on a regular basis. Are you trying to suggest that incessant wash notices/share issues have NO effect on price?

That's like thinking the market cap is reflective of a company's value. Market cap can be increased in a heartbeat by issuing more shares (simple price x shares = MC). That wouldn't reflect any increased value in the company, only an increase in issued shares. Z1P could issue 9 billion shares today, and the market cap would increase by 66 billion. Means absolutely nothing without market depth.

IF as per your scenario, Z1P consolidated shares 1:10 and there were only 54 million, we'd see reduced liquidity and (no brainer) a huge price spike. If new shares are being printed to family members, then dumped on the market every 5 minutes - the price will stay flat, or go down. It's not rocket science.
