Zips now annualising 480 million revenue a year (4 % lower than Afterpays fy2020). Afterpay was a mkt cap of 25 billion aud at that point of fy2020 results released. And zip has a market cap of 4.2 billion now. Is Afterpay really worth 6x as much as zip because it has less shares?
That makes no sense. End of day if there are more shares there are more shares. You still have to look at the fundamentals of the business. What revenue are they generating. What margins. What growth.
