Affirm only have ~239m shares outstanding. The share has a chance to grow, and isn't diluted down every time it grows.
Zip is closing in on 1 billion SOI and will likely incessantly increase. Haven't got the stats handy, but Zip must have printed about 200% more shares in the past 2 years alone? It's the dilutionary death spiral.

When companies just print shares whenever they want, dump them on the market and fill their pockets (and their wives and mates) - the end result is just a flat or descending price. The ASX is absolutely full of companies with no viable business model, who print shares to stay alive. Their businesses are reliant on enthusiastic investors not noticing the level of dilution, which seems to be far too common. I feel like insolvency laws should include printing shares on the ASX to 'fake' a viable business.

If you bought a house with a mate and went halves, then suddenly he decided to sell the same house to 16 other people, wouldn't you be angry? Sometimes dilution is ok for increasing the capacity of a business, reinvestment etc. But Zip bleeding and living off transfusions every 3 months or so.
