Comparing by shares on issue is bad and you should look at market cap or EV. Remember ZIP went through a consolidation before listing which cut share down but by that virtue they traded at a higher price. It's all relative.
NOR has a fd sahre base of 950m which at $0.031 is a market cap of $30m so it is not that much higher than ZIP when it was birthed. The difference is NOR has listed with its tech ready whereas ZIP hasn't even launched yet.
