Zip has a funding facility of 1.144b $ out of which 1b is withdrawn with maturity coming this year & next year...recently they increased facility limit 95m more & in total of 189m $ available for growth..with revenue of around 260 million $ annually & margin per transaction sitting around 2.5% assuming bad debt to be 1.5%.
The question is how zip would be able to repay its own 1b $ debt with this financial model other than CR? Does anyone has insights?
