The sorts you're talking about not being 'pro-traders' are also the same people who have warned about dilution and direction of this company for the past 12+ months, and they got it right. If you can't spot a share-printer, incessant diluter and promiser - then you're bound to fail. Might as well go put your money in some foreign mineral exploration penny stock company who has their shares on the ASX to cash in on dumb money. Flashy investor presentation, followed by cleansing notice LOL
They can't even raise funds to keep on going. You realise this company relies almost entirely on selling shares, and now people have (for the first time) stopped buying them via the SPP.
Without a cap raise, ZIP cannot survive. It's really simple.
Z1P sells shares and promises, nothing else.
