Relatives can't rent it but a corporate entity can. my company rents it and invoices people who stay. If no one stays I'm paying money into my own fund. it has a proper lease through an agent. It's all at arms length. As the purchase was below market value the only beneficiary was the fund. Deceased Estate distribution is where it will get tricky.
