Past related experience do help running a business, but not assurance of success.
It is similar to, a person earning 150k p.a., doesn't mean he/she is capable of running a business better than a person whom earning less than 150k p.a.
For shareholders, management integrity and taking care of shareholder's interest are the key.
Current two key personnel hold approx. 20% of the company, they would work hard to realize shareholder's value as they are on the same boat as others.
I can see current management team have been working very hard according to my exchange emails with them and they did fix issues during the weekend.
