Customer acquisition costs will definitely grow but for the other players as zip will be leading in growth due to better product structure and tap and zip. Zip Biz will be eating a lot of high turnover small business customers who are using BNPL through their individual account. Simply the four instalment does not suit the small business which has very irregular cash flow unlike the fortnightly and monthly employed lot.
