I always provide the woolies example of selling milk which is done at a loss but the same customers who enter the store buy high margin items…this is called cross subsidisation….If a BNPL wants to be ahead of others then they have to provide all kinds of payment service in the same app and Zip is well ahead of everyone in the game.
