I saw this on the 9 network.
They mention the "BNPL trend" but did not name APT or Zip and then went on to show financial institutes offering the 5 years interest free offers saying the intrest after 5 years is sky high so dont get caught out.
They also mentioned instore credit line cards calculating the monthly card keeping cost and showing how expensive they are to keep.
In general they warning consumers about spending on credit cards.
They do this every year.
I have no idea why they mentioned BNPL but couldn't give a breakdown of what's on offer from both the BNPL leaders in Australia?
Actually I do, Zip has offers and value for money spent (cash back rewards) that would have taken up most the segment while APT very standard and expensive to keep.
