That is a good scatter-plot. Markets have responded well initially to the cuts, but it may be too soon to pop the champagne. Investors will be watching their portfolios rise each day and they will believe they're the smartest people in the world. Until market structure/sentiment turn. For now, well, as I write this post, everything is fine. This may change across the night.
