I don't know what the 'innovation' is that you are talking about so looking for some clarification, but it sounds something like an employee asking their employer (or their payroll provider) to direct a portion of their net pay to a ZIP account because they can't trust themselves to make a scheduled payment or can't set up a direct transfer from their own bank account to ZIP? Is that the suggestion or have I totally misinterpreted your comment?
