I was thinking about the Top20 yesterday. If someone wanted to build up a large stake under 5% and not alert anyone to it, they would have a whole year to do so after this week's release.
I don't want to wait a year for something to happen but I'm hoping if someone wants to start accumulating now to just under 5%, they could do it without being exposed for another year. If they had tried to do this 2 or 3 months ago, their plan would have been exposed on Wed and revealed them too early.
I'm just speculating here but if someone who isn't already on the Top20 wants to make a move, they can start accumulating now after the top20 release to just under 5% before making a huge move and showing their hand... whenever they choose to do so, maybe early next year.
Instos and other large listed US companies.... if you're not already in, make your move NOW!
