yeah I’ve asked this of Zip via the support about JB HiFi
specifically if I go onto the jb hi fi website as buy something (I recently bought a new fridge from them in cyber Monday sales) when you go to checkout there is no pay with Zip option. At this point I can use my one time credit card and pay that way on the jb hifi website OR I open up the zip app find the item through the app and pay it that way and there is the pay with zip option there obviously. This is where the chrome extensions would come in handy if Zip offer it like Quadpay.
it’s not a big deal but I’ve asked them about it. But it’s not unique to Zip either Afterpay is the same with many merchants as I’ve tried Afterpay app and still feel on personal experience I could buy things more quickly and easily through the zip app and process compared to Afterpay.
