Happened to me, over a stupid $1k amount - they obviously do not understand how much $1k pails in comparison to my trading numbers - they never bothered to ask - or let me inform them that I was actually only attempting to sign up to push some revenue through them, my small part as a shareholder.
A do have an APT account and keep pushing through that
