Little Cambodia currently enjoys around 6% economic growth and is pretty much representative of other Asian Countries. I took my Australian friend there last year and he was shocked to see the sheer number of luxury cars wizzing around in Phnom Penh. Unfortunately the poor there are still piss poor but the emerging middle class is increasing exponentially. This is why I believe ZIPT is targeting the right market as there are still plenty of people on 2Gs, even on 3G the congestion will give ZIPT a good advantage as it requires 80% less data usage. If you add all the population of Sout East Asian Countries I'm pretty sure it would come close to 1 billion - that's another huge market!
