I was thinking of investing in Ziptel until I read your post.
Small amount of shares on issue but low cash reserves as well...
Wouldn't that make Facebook Inc one of Ziptels competitors ?
Which companies do you see possibly targeting Ziptel for acquisition ?
If Facebook can only make a revenue stream of 3c per user with 500 million users on WhatsApp presently, how do you determine the value of $2-4 per user for 5.6 million potential users with ZipT and AussieSim ?
Where is the revenue stream going to be derived from ? How ?

WhatsApp’s revenue growth is going in the right direction - - sales more than doubled last year from $3.82 million in 2012. The app now has more than half a billion users, and revenue for the first half of this year reached $15.3 million, Facebook said yesterday.The unit’s losses are still widening -- its net loss for the six months that ended in June was $232.5 million.

If Whatsapp had not been acquired by Facebook where would you see the company being today ?
