most of the cash was the rebrand, advertising and repromotion, largely a push in the US
why do you think they didn’t pay spotti and twisto in cash payments, and decided only to dilute holders further by stock issue at roughly $5 SP.
it is like I had a crystal ball isn’t it? Or maybe I just wasn’t blinded by speculative riches and vivid Afterpay dreams
