A ZIP buyout before a NASDAQ listing would leave shareholder value on the table. I think the samsara play is for ZIP to continue to build its profitability, then announce the intent to list on the NASDAQ toward the end of the year. Any suitor will then be have to pay a price that factor in the US listing.
